7 pay commission appeared to be bogus exercise and wastage of money and time when the govt is appointing high power committee to scrutined the report and again high level committee to review the same where as one prudent man can assess the intention of govt by making encreasement only 14% which is lowest ever on the other hand parliamentarian and lagistave member of state assembly profusely encreased their own salary. there is none to put check on this sytem of the country. it will lead to frustration among the public and revolt as well.
nexalite and terrorism problem are the result of this sytem but govt has closed its eyes in this regard like dhritrastra.

Government has saved huge amount by not setting a HIGH LEVEL COMMITTEE. However, BJP will certainly increase the fitment formula to 3.0 before next election (maximum permissible delay on major declaration before elections).
In this way, the Govt it will be saving minimum 30 months increased salary by not granting arrears for a longer period.
This 7th Pay commission, in general, lacks acceptance feasibility.
Let us get together to fight for our FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.
We should despise the anti-human trends of the Authority.
