Why 7th pay commission report has not been implemented in civil courts employees. It is pertinent to mention here that Shetty commission is not a pay commission rather it relates to promotion scope for non judicial employees. The Honble Supreme court has very well stated in the judgement that it will not be restrained to any rest benifit of state government employees. Kindly clarify the objections regarding implementation of the same.
