MOM held under DOP&T Secretary on 23.02.2016 for inter cadre deputation / transfer / extension / requiring relaxation of provision(s) of the guidelines.

Minutes of the meeting held under the chairmanship of Shri Sanjay Kothari, Secretary, DOP&T on 23.02.2016 to consider the cases of inter cadre deputation/ inter cadre transfer / extension in inter cadre requiring relaxation of provision(s) of the guidelines.

A meeting was held on 23.02.2016 under the Chairmanship of Secretary(P) to consider the cases of inter cadre deputation/ inter cadre transfer / extension in inter cadre deputation period requiring relaxation of provision(s) of the guidelines. The member of the committee AS(S&V) & EO&AS were also present. Further, Director (AIS) & US(S-III) were also present to assist the Committee in the meeting.

The Committee took note of the Action Taken Report on the minutes of the previous meeting held on 16.02.2016. The Committee after detailed deliberations and careful consideration in each case took following decisions in the meeting:-

Case 1: Inter cadre transfer of Smt. Bhagyashree Banayat, IAS, (NL:12) from Nagaland cadre on the grounds of PH policy dated 14.02.2014

The Committee was informed that all the three preferred states have regretted / or not agreed to cadre change of the officer to their states two times. The Committee after detailed deliberations decided to defer the proposal for the present.

Case 2: Cadre Change of Ms K Radhika Aiyar, IAS(WB:11) from West Bengal cadre, on the basis of PH(Physically Handicapped) policy dated 14.02.2014.

The Committee was informed that the State Government of Haryana has conveyed consent to the proposed cadre change of Ms. K. Radhika Aiyar, IAS from West Bengal to Haryana cadre on the basis of PH policy dated 14.02.2014. Further, the Committee perused the Medical Report of the officer. The Committee after detailed deliberations
decided to defer the proposal for the present. 

Case 3: Proposal of change of cadre in respect of Shri Shiraz Daneshyar, IAS (WB:14) on the basis of OM dated 14/02/2014 regarding cadre change of IAS appointed against vacancies reserved for PH category.

The Committee perused the Medical Report of the officer and decided to defer the proposal of the officer for the present.

Case 4: Representation for inter cadre transfer by Mr. P. Parthiban, IAS (AGMUT:11) and Ms. Nisha Parthiban, IPS (TN:11) to a common cadre on the grounds of marriage.

The Committee was informed that the officer have sought time of a week for conveying their preference. The Committee after detailed deliberations directed to seek comments of the officer at the earliest latest by 24.02.2016.
